Admin Assistant Account Receivable

**Job Overview**
The Admin Assistant cum Account Receivable is responsible for supporting administrative tasks and managing account receivables. The role includes preparing invoices, following up on payments, and maintaining accurate records using **SQL-based accounting software**. The position also involves monitoring government procurement orders and ensuring efficient office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Duties**
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices.
- Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements.
- Monitor government procurement platforms (e.g., ePerolehan) for incoming orders and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received and stock issued to ensure proper inventory management.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders (PO), and payment vouchers for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and resolve any discrepancies.
**Accounts Receivable Duties**
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Track customer payment schedules and ensure accuracy in accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly receivables aging reports and provide updates to management.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **SQL-based accounting and inventory management software** (e.g., SQL Accounting, AutoCount).
- Experience in administrative roles and accounts receivable management.
- Familiarity with government procurement systems like **ePerolehan**.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for payment follow-ups.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
**Education and Experience**
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Relevant work experience in administration, accounting, or logistics is a plus.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
