Account Assistant

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry to input financial transactions into the accounting system accurately and timely.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable ledgers.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents for payment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed, including responding to inquiries and assisting with special projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
