**Key Responsibilities**
**Finance & Accounting Support**
- Assist in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Support preparation of SST documentation and payment processing.
- Monitor supplier payments and assist in preparing Statement of Accounts (SOA).
- Record and monitor daily cash sales, petty cash, and expenses.
- Assist in generating e-invoices and ensuring compliance.
- Key in accounting entries using SQL-based system and assist in generating ledger reports.
- Support in managing outlet bills.
**Operations & Compliance Support**
- Assist in registering and managing delivery platforms (GrabFood, FoodPanda, etc.).
- Help maintain password and access records for operational tools.
- Provide support during outlet visits to check and report maintenance issues.
- Assist in handling compliance-related matters (e.g. summons, signage) with guidance from Company Secretary.
- Liaise with outlet teams and suppliers to support smooth daily operations.
**Administrative & General Support**
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) in an organized manner.
- Assist in preparing documents for Company Secretary and management.
- Provide support for internal/external events, launches, and business collaborations.
- Assist in updating sales reports and internal cash flow records on a daily basis.
**What We’re Looking For**
- 1 - 2 years of related working experience (exposure to AP/AR preferred).
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of SST and SQL-based accounting system (e.g., SQL Account) will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical skills, positive working attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Able to manage time well, work independently, and also support as a team player.
- High sense of ethics and able to handle confidential data responsibly.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
**Working Schedule**
- Working days: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays
- Working hours: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
