Account Assistant

**- Update customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable into ERP system timely and accurately**:
- Monitor account receivable aging and initiate collection efforts**:
- Liaising with sales team to resolve collection related issues**:
- Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payment and other irregularities**:
- Prepare and send statement of account and reminder letter to debtors**:
- Maintain meticulous records and filling to support all accounting entries**:
- Provide supporting document for audit and tax purposes**:
- Perform other related duties as and when requested by the superior.**
**Job Requirement**:
**-At least diploma in accountancy.**
**-At least 1 year of relevant work experience, AR role is preferable.**
**-Knowledge of ERP system is an advantage.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
