**Position: Bank Telesales Executive**

**Working Location: Jalan Melaka, Kuala Lumpur / Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam**

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:45pm

Off Days: Saturdays

Rest Days: Sundays

**Salary**:RM2,000 (base salary) + Commission / incentive up to RM 5,000 monthly

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM (passed)
- Posses a Diploma or Degree

- Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute outbound calls to potential customers to promote the organization’s line of financial products
- To explain the benefits of the product whilst providing a high standard of customer service in compliance to the guidelines set.
- To achieve or exceed the daily and monthly sales target set
- To be responsive to customers enquiry(ies) and financial needs in the most professional manner
- To execute cross-selling and / or up-selling of the organization’s products where possible
- To ensure accurate recording of information provided by customers
- To have an in-depth knowledge of the products promoted
- To be able to perform other sales or non-sales activities when needed

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
