a) To ensure quality of raw materials, in process products and finished products meet with specification set by relevant authority. b) Prepare Daily Summary Reports which record quality and hygiene standard of products. c) Possess knowledge in Quality Assurance Program (QAP) and Quality Control Program (QCP) accordance with Malaysia Standard requirement to minimize food safety risk. d) Enforce Quality Assurance Program accordingly in compliance with company policies and procedures. e) Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) & Coldchain Management. f) Collect and store samples in accordance with the quality assurance policies and procedures. g) Provide and conduct Food Handlers Training to ensure all operation staffs understand the importance of proper food handling, personal and food hygiene. h) Collect information for analysis and testing purpose on raw material, products and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety management i) Record results of inspections and prepare test reports. j) Maintain and update documents systematically for easy accessible. k) Inspect, test and measure produced products. l) Run In-house training programs to ensure operators and supervisors have an adequate knowledge and understand the importance and benefits of implementing Pre-Requites Program-Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Policies to the processing line. m) Diploma in Food Science/Technology. n) Minimum of 3 years working experience in the same or related field.
