**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the school canteen and café ensuring high-quality food preparation and service.
- Develop and design nutritious menus that cater to diverse dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain inventory, control food costs, and work within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with school administration and nutritionists to meet student health and wellness goals.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years proven experience as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, preferably in an international school canteen or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and international cuisine.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to plan menus that are both appealing and balanced for children and staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt menus based on seasonal ingredients and dietary needs.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
