Production Supervisor

**Production Supervisor**:

- Responsible for daily activities for production and warehouse.
- Communicate with employees, organize work sequences and monitor workflow.
- Ensures materials received for production process or inventory as planned, properly identified and accessible to production personnel.
- Complete production plans by following schedule, achieving work results, establishing priorities monitoring progress, updating schedules, resolving issues, reporting processing flow results on shift handover reports.
- Update data and information in the ODMS system.
- Monitor site production and warehouse workers to comply with warehouse SOPs and WIs and ensure operations are orderly.
- Communicate in a timely manner with the immediate supervisor or the Production team, Quality Control Department or Sales Department, for any unusual circumstances, delays, damaged goods, shortages and so on.
- Maximize the usable space in warehouse by arranging the storage location in the absence of Shipping personnel and ensure all batches are clearly identified and construct loads for dispatch as instructed.
- Assist in the preparation of validation exercises according to SOP and work instructions.
- Collects and evaluates production/warehouse and maintenance data, work with relevant peers to conduct root-cause analysis of non-conforming problems and implement corrective action.
- Analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

**Duties**:

- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of process, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studding methods, implementing cost reductions, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points, initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques, and perform any reasonable request in respect of the efficient running of the site.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personal on the use of all control points, equipment and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
- Responsible for the welfare of production staff, eg, the scheduling of working hours and general employee discipline.
- Take care of operational activities during and after office hours in terms of processing (production, delivery and maintenance), cleanliness and safety of the operational area.
- Simplified the current process by process mapping, countermeasure newspaper via 8 Steps Problem Solving tool etc. To maintain a smart, and clean personal appearance.
- Work with production and maintenance team to select and implement technically feasible and economically viable alternatives for sustainability and IDEaS projects.
- Maintain quality control processes to ensure products/services meet quality standards, lead implementation of process improvements, complete the requirements of the quality management system.
- Comply with safety behaviors and standard at work, correct use of protective equipment (PPE), responsible for safety education guidance and training to minimize safety risks.
- Manage and supervise the daily safety behavior of team members, timely feedback and correct unsafety condition or activity.
