**Requirements**:

- **Diploma holder and fresh graduates **are welcome to apply
- Fluency in **Traditional Mandarin** (speaking, reading, and typing) is required.
- **Average English** communication skills would be an advantage.
- Willingness to work **Monday to Friday (9am -6pm) including public holidays.**
- Able to work in **KL Sentral **(fully on-site office, easily accessible by LRT and MRT).
- Interest in customer service and the **Fintech industry.**
- Ability to proactively and independently work towards meeting targets and goals.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, transaction details, and general service inquiries.
- Document interactions and maintain detailed records of customer communications and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to offer relevant support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions on service processes.
