**Administrative Assistant**
- Received, reviewed, and processed prescriptions accurately in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Clarify orders through spreadsheets or sales representatives, ensuring accuracy in items, quantities, pricing, special requests, billing, and delivery information.
- Update the order list for production and coordinate with sales, production, and logistics departments to estimate delivery dates and times.
- Processing order in order list by generating labels, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Perform data entry of prescriptions, formulations, and patient records into the pharmacy management system with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Enter prescription details into spreadsheets or designated systems.
- Create, organize, and archive documents, including Purchase Orders (POs), delivery orders, invoices, prescriptions, and worksheets.
- Arrange and monitor product deliveries via courier or hand delivery.
- Schedule courier pickups and track delivery status.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls, ensuring queries are clarified before transfer.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, or related field
- **1-2 years of administrative assistant experience**:
- **Can speak English & Mandarin**:
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
**Working Hours**: 8:30AM - 5:30PM (5 days per week)
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
