Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing existing policies for accuracy and relevance, identifying gaps or areas where updates are required
- Drafting new policies based on changes in regulations or organizational needs
- Ensuring all policies are accessible to employees via the relevant platform (e.g., SharePoint)
- Providing training sessions for employees on the importance of adherence to policies
- Conducting regular audits to assess compliance with policies
- Identifying trends in non-compliant behavior and implementing strategies to address them
- Collaborating with other departments such as HR and Legal to develop solutions that promote compliance
- Preparing reports detailing findings from audits and progress towards achieving compliance goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
- Good command of English language (both written and spoken)
- Experience working with policies and procedures
- Excellent attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
