**Position: Operations Support (Courier / Logistics)**
**Location: Mid Valley**
**Salary: Up to RM2,500**
**Employment Type: Full-time | Shift Work**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Check delivery details in the system.
- Investigate and resolve failed deliveries.
- Share validation results with the operations team.
- Complete all assigned tasks by 6pm daily.

**What You Need**:

- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Able to learn new systems quickly.
- Detail-oriented and careful with work.
- Willing to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays).

You’ll be supporting the courier operations team by making sure delivery data is accurate and issues are solved quickly.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
