Job SummaryThe** ROSA Clinical Specialist** provides clinical support, and account management for the ROSA system once they have been purchased by a hospital. The incumbent also plays a critical role in building the utilization of ROSA system. In addition, they would be responsible to lead key projects that are needed for the team. - Principal **Responsibilities**: - Use available tools/resources/materials to develop a hospital specific support plan with hospital administrators, surgeons, and hospital staff to enable independent use of the ROSA System - Partner with the surgeons and hospital staff to drive system utilization by determining the appropriate program elements to meet the needs of the hospitals’ patients and local market. - Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness. - Partner with the capital sales team to develop an account development plan tailored to the local market. - Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system. - Document and investigate product complaints to identify root cause analysis. **_ This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA_** - Expected Areas of Competence / Soft Skills- Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances. - Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA). - Provide product feedback and improvements to R&D - Attend product trade shows and annual trainings as needed. - Education/ Experience Requirements- B.S.in Science or Nursing background - Minimum of 6 to 8 years of clinical sales experience or 5 years of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience - Experience with Clinical Support in the Operating Room preferred. - Prior experience with Robotics preferred. - Excellent communication, organizational and customer relation skills. - Ability to work without specific direction on daily activities. - Ability to determine one’s own schedule based on business needs. - Travel Expectations- Up to 80% within country; as and when required.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
