Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
- Resolve supply, quality, and service issues with vendors
- Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Maintain GRN and submit documents to account for payment
- Filling process
- Find a new potential vendor
- Update Ordering Form Control List
- Any other ad-hoc task will be inform by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirement**
- At least a Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Procurement/Logistic/Supply Chain Field
- Good command of English, writing, reporting, and speaking skills.
- Good technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Able to oversee other related scope of work such as Documentation, Procurement & Co-ordination.
- Possess good negotiation skills, analytical and commercial inclined.
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with various levels of management, clients, and employees.
- High level of computer literacy and reporting capability

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
