Job Description

  • Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors
  • Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
  • Resolve supply, quality, and service issues with vendors
  • Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Maintain GRN and submit documents to account for payment
  • Filling process
  • Find a new potential vendor
  • Update Ordering Form Control List
  • Any other ad-hoc task will be inform by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • At least a Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Procurement/Logistic/Supply Chain Field
  • Good command of English, writing, reporting, and speaking skills.
  • Good technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to oversee other related scope of work such as Documentation, Procurement & Co-ordination.
  • Possess good negotiation skills, analytical and commercial inclined.
  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with various levels of management, clients, and employees.
  • High level of computer literacy and reporting capability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
