Marketing Coordinator

**The Position**

As a Marketing Coordinator at Organon, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Women’s Health team to execute strategic initiatives aimed at promoting Organon's pharmaceutical products. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of local marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Campaign/Event Coordination: Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns of Women’s health to promote Organon’s pharmaceutical products in alignment with business objectives.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Coordinate logistics for marketing events, conferences, including vendor management, booth setup, and promotional material distribution.
- Materials Logistic arrangement: Ensure timely and efficient shipping of marketing materials to various destinations, including sales offices, conferences, and healthcare facilities for both sales & marketing use.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of marketing materials inventory, including brochures, promotional items, and branded merchandise. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed to ensure availability for shipping.
- Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with Sales & Supply chain to develop demand forecast and ensure that inventory levels align with anticipated demand for both West & East Malaysia.
- Vendor Management: Establish relationships with marketing agency/ vendors and logistics partners to facilitate efficient and reliable material development & shipping services. Evaluate vendor performance and service quality and provide feedback or recommendations for improvement as necessary.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiative, post event evaluation & follow up. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all marketing activities, including adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines for promotional materials, events, and communications.

**Required Education, Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical marketing (e.g., FDA guidelines) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work tasks.
