1. Responsible for the overall operation/functions in General Affair (GA) section in administering company’s administration/general affairs and complying with the established policies & procedures, legal requirements and compliances.

2. Responsible for the administration of reception, company building maintenance and renovation, upkeep's of company vehicles. Issues related to health, safety & environment in the Company and it’s company subsidiaries, if applicable.

3. Responsible for the administration of sourcing for company hostel, and overseeing the issues related to occupancy in the hostels, hostels upkeep and others.

4. Perform other work, duties and responsibilities assigned by the head of department (HOD) and/or management from time to time.

5. Responsible on direct workers’ general affairs including but not limit to hostel and transport management as well as general well-being.

6. Experienced in handling of foreign workers. Aid foreign worker for medical check-up, opening new bank account for foreign worker.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years working experience preferably in manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge on Employment Laws and related Acts.
Details oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-initiative with ability to work independently.
Positive attitude, fast learner and good team player.
