Accountability - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs - Report and escalate to management as needed - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project - Delegate project tasks based on staff individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members - Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency - Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements - Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering - Minimum 5 years PLC and/or Instrumentation project experience and at least 8 years experience on project management in Oil & Gas sector. - Strong analytical/problem solving skills. - Team leader quality with strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical professionals and field personnel. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and to deliver superior results. - Understanding of basic processing platforms/refinery and/or chemical plant organizational processes and hands on approach to design and problem solving. - Ability to work with a wide variety of personnel at different levels of engineering, design, maintenance, and management and with internal customers as well as suppliers. - Willing to travel to outstation and visit to client facilities
