We are looking for candidates who can start immediately and have strong experience in industrial building projects, especially in data centres.

Job Description:
  • Review main and sub-contract documents, including Bills of Quantities, specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Prepare, draft, and issue contractual letters and formal correspondences related to project matters.
  • Efficiently handle and resolve all contractual disputes.
  • Conduct contract compliance reviews to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Verify, validate, and recommend interim progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts for contractors and subcontractors.
  • Monitor contract progression and ensure timely updates and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on all contractual matters.
  • Process consultant fee claims and verify site valuations for accuracy and compliance.
  • Attend project and client meetings to discuss progress, issues, and contract-related concerns.
  • Pre-qualify and shortlist contractors and subcontractors for tenders.
  • Provide strategic advice on contract-related risks, disputes, and resolution strategies.
  • Perform other contract-related duties as directed by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to industrial or large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in both pre- and post-contract administration.
  • Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, dispute resolution mechanisms, and tender documentation processes.
