Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Contract Executive to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for contract and quantity surveying functions, ensuring project financials and contractual obligations are met throughout the lifecycle of our construction projects.


What we need you to do

  • Execute quantity surveying duties across all project phases to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, project tenders, and budget plans.
  • Manage progress claims and finalize accounts to ensure financial precision.
  • Track design or construction changes and update cost forecasts accordingly.
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure best value procurement for the company.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual standards.

What we need from you:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or contract management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate across teams.
  • Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
