We are looking for a
Senior Project Manager
with strong experience in infrastructure project management, preferably within larges-scale hard infrastructure (railways, roads & bridges, power grid) that is transferrable to renewable energy. This hands-on role requires managing cross-functional teams across Electrical, Civil, Construction, and Scheduling disciplines to ensure successful project execution from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and monitor detailed
    solar project plans
    , budgets, and schedules
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Electrical, Civil, Construction, and Scheduling disciplines for seamless project delivery
  • Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting to meet profitability targets
  • Act as primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships
  • Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to renewable energy industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced project performance and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' proven experience managing
    large-scale infrastructure
    projects
  • Demonstrated leadership and
    people management skills
    in a fast-paced project environment
  • Strong proficiency in
    project planning, execution, risk management
    , and financial oversight
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client and team expectations effectively
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous but not mandatory
