About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Project & Operations Executive
with hands-on experience in a
web/digital agency.
You will manage website development and digital project deliverables, liaise directly with clients, and coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time project execution.

This role suits someone who is confident with clients, experienced in digital project workflows, and able to keep tasks, timelines, and communication well-aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coordinate digital projects (web, app, and digital marketing).
  • Liaise directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify details, and provide updates.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups to prevent delays.
  • Prepare documentation such as meeting notes, follow-up actions, and project summaries.
  • Work across internal teams (design, development, digital marketing, management) to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
  • Support operational tasks including scheduling, procurement, and internal process improvements.
  • Assist the Management Team in ensuring consistent, high-quality project delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact to support the Project & Delivery function.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    : 4 years experience in project coordination, client servicing, operations, or account management.
  • Required
    : Experience working in a web/digital agency.
  • Required
    : Experience managing website development projects.
  • Required
    : Experience coordinating digital marketing deliverables (posts, reels, stories, videos).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in handling clients directly.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Attention to detail in documentation, planning, and day-to-day coordination.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible working attitude.
  • Able to work full-time, on-site at our office.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
