Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of Project Implementation by providing overall Project Management following the methodology and standards adopted by the FBMY
  • Formalize of project plan and perform project management duties and coordination of work.  Enforcing the execution of tasks according to approved and published SOP.
  • Ensure project deliverables are delivered to customer as planned with quality documentation standards.
  • Regular monitoring and updating project schedule to provide timely information and project progress reporting. 
  • Perform risk analysis and risk management with mitigation steps to ensure risks are properly tracked and managed.
  • Collaboration with team members from other departments or division on work tasks.
  • Management of change process and third-party vendors according to documented Project Change Request approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with the project team members effectively and maintain harmonious working relationships.
  • Responsible to manage multiple projects at any one time and able to work independently on small projects.
  • Maintain close rapport with Customer to understand and delivering the project plan. 
  • Resolution of any disputes between FBMY and customers and manages customer expectations
