Marketing & Promotion

  • Promote Rotol Group products and services to property developers, building owners, managers, consultants, and builders.
  • Introduce and promote new products or services to existing and new clients.

Sales & Contract Management

  • Work with the Sales/Marketing team to secure contracts for Rotol Group.

  • Focus on projects like:

  • Building maintenance, upgrades, and renovations.

  • Waterproofing, cleaning, and sealant works.
  • Repainting and façade cladding.
  • Access equipment rentals (scaffolding, gondolas, etc.).
  • Help with pricing, preparing, and submitting tenders and contracts.
  • Report issues that could affect project completion or contract terms, such as financial problems or work delays.

Customer Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing project quality, timelines, and avoiding penalties (LAD).

Market Research

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base by meeting clients and presenting products/services.

Collection & Reporting

  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely processing of progress claims.
  • Provide regular reports on customer visits, project updates, and any other sales activities.
