About the role

As a Project Manager at Toffco Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This full-time role is based in Selangor/Klang Valley, and you will play a crucial part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  2. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  3. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that arise
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and safety standards
  5. Communicate regularly with clients and provide progress updates
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them
  7. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the construction business

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
  3. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage complex schedules and budgets
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and best practices
  7. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools
