  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Plan construction operations. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Manage the budget and estimate costs based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Collaborate with interior design, product design etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Acquire and keep track of equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
  • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
  • Prepare reports regarding job status
  • Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
  • Resolve any problems that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
  • Quality assurance and quality control
  • Train and mentor construction workers and construction laborers depending on the size of the project
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, architects and key team members of the project team
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites
  • Delegate responsibilities. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
  • Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
  • Keep all Board of Directors aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly
  • Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project
  • Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards

Job Requirement :

  • Degree in project management, construction management, civil engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years in construction field.
  • Candidate with experience in infrastructure is preferred.
  • Understand the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, CPM and etc.
  • Soft skills required : leadership, communication, planning, analytic, problem solving, teamwork, reporting, customer service.
  • You will be working under HTS Supplies Sdn Bhd

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
