About the Role

Are you a results-driven Project Manager who loves seeing ideas come to life through technology?

At VVinners Technology Sdn Bhd, we're looking for a proactive and technically capable Project Manager to lead exciting software development projects — from concept to launch.

This isn't just a coordination role — you'll get involved in hands-on coding, testing, and problem-solving alongside a talented team of developers. You'll manage timelines, motivate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of high-impact projects that make a real difference.


What You'll Do
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics with key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, product owners) to ensure smooth execution
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical troubleshooting when necessary
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
  • Communicate project progress through regular reports and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements
  • Continuously improve project management workflows and team collaboration

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or ICT projects
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  • Hands-on technical background — capable of reading and writing code (JavaScript, PHP, Python, or similar)
  • Familiarity with testing tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects successfully
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
