**About the Team**:

- The Business Intelligence team in Shopee is the custodian of data and connects Shopee's business development, marketing and operations teams. We support various departments on performance reporting, dashboarding and in depth analyses to provide key business insights.- Maintain the operation of automated tools and software
- Understand the workings of automated tools and processes
- Contribute to the uptime of the process via quick initial troubleshooting for automated systems
- Identifying issues, incidents and bugs that occur in the system
- Responsible for configuration and rerunning of workflows as required by the business
- Liase with developers to fix bugs and maintain code.
- Communicate with business owners to ensure automation tool is constantly serving business needs
- Modify and contribute to changes to standard operating procedures and documentation to support future maintenance efforts

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with Python and SQL
- Able to analyse system issues quickly, Responsible and dependable
- Good communication skills, good team player
- Able to support on key dates when maintenance of automation and tools is key
