- Responsibilities:
**Summary**:

- Responsible for sourcing, selecting, and purchasing goods and services required for the company's operations.
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate contracts, obtain competitive pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyzes market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- The incumbent will be involved in supplier selection, conducting supplier audits, and implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes.
- Monitor market conditions, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to the overall efficiency and profitability of the organization through effective procurement practices.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sourcing and Vendor Management**:

- Identifying and selecting reliable suppliers/vendors, negotiating contracts, and establishing long-term partnerships to ensure the availability of high-quality materials, equipment, and services.
**Cost Analysis and Budgeting**:

- Analyzing costs, conducting market research, and evaluating supplier proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget constraints.
- Contribute to margin improvement through material cost down and supply chain improvement.
**Technical Evaluation**:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and project management, to understand technical requirements and specifications, and evaluating suppliers based on their ability to meet those requirements.
**Supplier Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitoring supplier performance, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality standards, delivery schedules, and overall performance.
**Risk Management**:

- Identifying potential risks in the procurement process, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency in the procurement process.
**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate procurement records, generating reports on supplier performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to support decision-making and provide insights to stakeholders.
