The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the purchasing processes. The candidate has to ensure the goods and services are acquired at the best value, quality and in a timely manner, contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth operations of the procurement activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end purchase activities for battery components and material. spare parts for machinery and office supplies.
  • Source and select suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost and timely delivery of goods.
  • Communicative effectively with both local and international supplier.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure continuous supply of raw materials and parts to meet production demands.
  • Collaborate with internal department to align procurement with company needs and budgets.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure all sourced materials meet company standards and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and provide regular reports on purchase status and supplier performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or it's related.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement role, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent in mandarin is essential for communication with Chinese suppliers
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.
