Provide customers with product and service information
- Update existing customer information
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm (half day)

**Requirement**:

- Minimum qualification SPM certificate
- Wiling to work on Saturday
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure
