Admin & Accounts Assistant

Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and meeting coordination
Handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments, and maintaining financial records
Assisting with petty cash management and monthly reconciliations
Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
