**Position : Application Support Team Lead**

**Salary : Up to RM 6,500**

**Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong**

**Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri**

**Responsibility**
- Lead the team by providing guidance and advise to the team members.
- Delegating tasks to team members accordingly.
- Managing project’s progress and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Conduct software installation, training, monitoring on customers’ issues and solutions.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Prepare operation manual and customization specs sheet upon customer request.
- Provide technical support or demo to customer and attending to customer request after office hour including weekend and public holidays.
- Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Test for new version release.
- Provide timely report to section manager or department head.
- Effectively manage coordination at international levels, as and when requires by department head or Management, eg onsite support at overseas

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field.
- Good command in written and spoken English, additional languages are always a plus.
- Good in SQL command and networking.
- Able to multitask, fast learner and setting priorities of work within deadlines.
- Product training will be provided.
- Friendly and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
