**Position: Female Sales Representative (Field-Based)**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive **Female Sales Representative** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for visiting retail stores, vegetarian shops, mini markets, and food distributors to promote and sell our range of soybean-based products. This role requires confidence, consistency, and strong relationship-building skills to develop repeat orders and expand our presence in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit assigned outlets and potential customers (mini marts, grocers, vegetarian stores, etc.)
- Introduce and explain product benefits, samples, and pricing
- Follow up with customers, take orders, and assist with order processing
- Build strong rapport with shop owners and purchasing staff
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare visit reports and update customer databases
- Coordinate with delivery and accounts team to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Assist in setting up promotional activities, displays, and sampling at stores if needed
- Represent the company professionally and uphold product knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Female, aged 20-35 preferred
- Confident, outgoing, and good communication skills
- **Must be fluent in Mandarin**（与商家/客户沟通）
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
- Possess a valid **driving license** and **own transport**:

- Willing to travel daily and work independently
- Hardworking, responsible, and result-driven
- Familiar with vegetarian, natural food, or FMCG industry is a bonus

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience in food sales, grocery channel, or distributor management
- Able to use WhatsApp/Excel to report and manage leads
- Good follow-up habits and basic negotiation skills
