**Contract Duration**: 12 Months (3 Months Probation)

**Working Location**:49a, Lorong Bayu Tinggi 4c, Bandar Bukit Tinggi 1, 41200 Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor

**Shift (Rotational)**:

- 10 AM - 7 PM
- 1 PM - 10 PM

**Working Days**: Monday - Sunday (6 Working Days, 1 Off Day)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and support customers in a courteous and professional way.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is stocked with essential supplies.
- Efficiently handle customer requests related to delivery, packing, and shipping.
- Manage customer order intake and coordinate with drivers for timely pick-ups.
- Oversee parcel pick-up procedures and ensure smooth daily operations at the Drop-Off Point.
- Support drivers by assisting with sorting and processing incoming parcels.
- Consistently follow established standard operating procedures.
- Carry out other duties as assigned when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Available to start work immediately and able to commit to a 6-day workweek.
- Prior experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
- Willing to assist the team during busy periods (eligible for overtime claims).

**Salary Package**:

- Basic Salary : RM 2,200 (SPM), RM 2,300 (Diploma, Degree)
- Performance Incentive : Up to RM 200
- Entitle to OT
- EPF & SOCSO

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
