**A. JOB SUMMARY**

Dynamics personnel to handle operations, sales and marketing team in ensuring that all activities in logistics business are in smoothly executed and comply with company and authorities rules and regulations.

**B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set up operations process flow
- Have knowledge to handle and serve customers be it internal and external
- Meeting customers and Vendors
- Coordinate Air/Ocean import, export and land movements of the shipments to ensure that the flawless execution
- Liaise with appropriate agencies and local authorities in making sure the clearance, retrieval and handling is done accordingly
- Negotiate best and lowest cost from vendors as to ensure the GP and Revenue are to the maximum
- Setting KPI and ensure road plan as to reach the goals
- Preparing quotations and selling rates to customers
- Helping Sales Team in achieving Targeted Customers
- Managing Customers delicately such as in General, FMCC, Elite and Oil & Gas accounts
- Ensuring of Billing/Invoicing correctly and on time
- Monitoring and preparing Customers Specific Reports

**C. AUTHORITY**
- Manage and monitor all quotations
- Managing Cost from Agents/Vendors to the lowest
- Leave Approval
- Manage customers
- Manage subordinates

**D. REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**
- Able to meet dateline & working under pressure
- Must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any related field or equivalent
- Can communicate effectively with staff from all level.
- Knowledge in Logistic/Shipping/Forwarding Industry
- Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
