Key Roles:
- 1. Responsible for the day-to-day admin task.
2. Irata training coordinator - handle inquiries, booking trainers and examiner, prepare training materials, etc.
3. Ensure the training execute smoothly.
4. Responsible in processing the certifications, record keeping.
5. Responsible in tendering requirement, monitoring the date lines.
6. Vender records and registration to be kept and updated.
7. Assist in project if required.
6. Always follow company guidelines and procedure.
Skill required:
- 1. At least STPM/Diploma in project management / business management/administrative
2. Ability to work on weekend, public holidays if required.
3. Intermediate in spoken and written in English and Malay.
4. Excellent in Microsoft Office (word, excel, pp, outlook)
5. Knowledgeable in strategic planning and training management.
6. Coordinating skills, problem solving mindset.
7. Attention to details.
8. Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently.
9. Must have driving license class D.
Working time: 9AM to 6PM
Location: Setia Alam
Monday to Friday
Saturday (Half Day) if required
Sat/Sun/PH: On Call / If required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
