Update price comparison and vendor list.
- Update delivery material status based on production status.
- Support and prepare supplier P/O.
- Key in GRN and matching invoices.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking stock levels.
- Support regular communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and ongoing supplier performance evaluation.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights on procurement performance and metrics.

**Job Requirement**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and able to work independently and under pressure.
