**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. This role involves cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration in projects involving prestressing and infrastructure development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, and tender documentation.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in contract negotiation.
- Monitor project costs and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Liaise with project managers and engineers for financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of QS experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in cost estimation tools and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of CIDB and Malaysian construction standards.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
