The candidate should have significant experience in bridge and building projects, demonstrating strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Oversee and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Design and Analysis: Conduct structural analysis and design for bridge and building projects, utilizing industry-standard software and methodologies.Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and to facilitate smooth project execution.Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and conduct site inspections to ensure the integrity and durability of structures.Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and documentation for project approvals and record-keeping.Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate innovative solutions into project designs and execution.Project Site: engineer is required to go to project site, to learn and work with our HQ's team for project installation and has experience in doing post-tensioning jobs, having VSL, freyssinet, BBR background would be added advantage.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically with bridge and building projects or .Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, and other relevant tools would be added advantage.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Mandarin speaking would be added advantage.
