**Job Title**: Customer Support Associate - Call Center
**Location**: Greentown Ipoh, Perak
**Shift**: 1PM - 10PM with a 1-hour break
**Schedule**: 5 days a week, including weekends

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Problem Solving**: Help customers with issues, guiding them through solutions and escalating complex cases as needed.
- **Follow-Up**: Proactively track and update customers on their cases, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- **Data Accuracy**: Log each case accurately in our CRM system, contributing to seamless support operations.

**What You’ll Need**
- **Education**: Minimum SPM qualification; diploma or degree is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong command of English - you should be comfortable speaking, understanding, and writing. ( A MUST )
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic computer skills, including navigating Google, Microsoft Office, and online resources, are a must.
- **Team Spirit**: A fun, adaptable, and “street-smart” approach - you enjoy working with others and can thrive in a collaborative environment.
