**Summary of the role**:
The incumbent are expected tax filing & reporting in compliance with all required regulations and assist Financial Reporting Manager in delivering monthly and yearly full set of financial reporting and management reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Gather all relevant tax and financial information during the year for tax computation
- Research new tax law changes that affect our financial reporting
- Coordinate tax computation with tax agent
- Prepare tax filling & reporting in compliance with all required regulations
- Ensure submission of all types of tax calculation to the relevant Authority on time
- Attend to tax audit queries from Customs.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining a fixed asset inventory process, including recommendations for disposals of fixed assets, useful life assignment, and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in performing fixed asset accounting, including entries for additions, retirement's adjustments and depreciation on monthly basis
- Assist in developing financial reporting and management reporting, in accordance to applicable reporting standards, to ensure reports are accurate, compliant, produced on time.
- Assist in preparing monthly accruals for revenue and relevant costs for month-end closing
- Assist in preparing monthly computation for USP provision according to MCMC guidelines
- Reconcile the cash flow report against the bank statement on weekly basis and prepare the weekly cash flow report
- Assist in coordinating and managing audits with external auditors and compliance as and when required.
- Assist in preparing ad-hoc request on financial information, reporting and analysis from stakeholders and other related department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting/financial analysis required
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations (e.g, corporate tax, transfer pricing, SST and withholding tax)
- Awareness of tax planning opportunities for efficient tax management
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Knowledge in Oracle Accounting software is an advantage

Pay: RM4,627.23 - RM6,400.00 per month
