About your roleAs the **Assistant Commercial Finance Manager**, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Finance team to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic insights. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure financial strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.**Role Type**: Individual Contributor **Reporting Line Manager**:Commercial Finance Manager, Malaysia**Compensation and Benefits**: - 17 days Annual Leave - 16% Employer EPF contribution - Medical and insurance coverage - Optical and dental coverage - Hybrid work mode What You'll Do- **Commercial Finance & ROI Analysis** Evaluate promotional effectiveness, support pricing strategies, and optimize trade investments in line with regional and global guidelines. **Business Performance Management** Track brand and channel performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and support initiatives to close performance gaps. **Forecasting & Planning** Assist in developing Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Mid-Term Plans (MTP), and Rolling Forecasts. What You need to be successful- **Education & Experience** Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with 2-4 years of relevant experience. **Technical Skills** Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy. **Behavioral Traits** Meticulous, assertive, and driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
