K-Hubs is a leading supplier of premium coffee equipment, offering an exceptional range of products and services to both commercial and domestic customers. We provide carefully selected top-quality equipment, small-batch roasted coffee, and expert service and repair for all types of coffee equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for coffee machines, beans, and other related products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our coffee machines and beans.
- Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned market segment to provide required services and solicit for orders.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Explain the technical and functional aspects of coffee machines to customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Communicating customer requirements to product management teams.
- Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers
- Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
- Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
- Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations
- Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
- Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance.

Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an F&B environment
- With Coffee Machine & Coffee Beans Experience
- Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best as a good understanding of different sales techniquesStrong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
- Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
