**Position Summary**

Are you interested in how international students choose their universities? Curious about the world of sales and student recruitment? We're looking for a Sales Intern to join our friendly and fast-paced team, where you’ll learn what goes on behind the scenes in education sales, lead tracking, and relationship-building with recruitment agents from across the world.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in communication, data management, and cross-cultural outreach, all while making a real difference in students' journeys.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

No need to have prior experience; we’ll support your learning and growth Here’s what you’ll help with:
**1. Student Enquiries & Support**
- Help follow up with potential students and support them through the process

**2. Lead Tracking & CRM Support**
- Help organize student leads from campaigns, referrals, and agent submissions
- Update and manage records using Google Sheets or simple CRM tools
- Learn how to track engagement, follow-ups, and student status updates

**3. International Agent Coordination**
- Help communicate with our overseas recruitment partners
- Share updates, brochures, and important info about upcoming intakes
- Support our team in preparing agent kits, logging performance, and managing simple documentation

**4. Sales Reporting & Campaign Support**
- Support coordination with the marketing team for webinars or market campaigns
- Help prepare simple decks or handouts used in outreach

**5. General Support & Team Admin**
- Help with organizing files, updating shared folders, and scheduling calls
- Join team meetings and brainstorming sessions on how to improve recruitment strategy
- Support smooth daily operations within the department

**Eligibility & Requirements**

**Education**

Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in:
Business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, Mass Comm, PR, or similar fields.

**Skills & Traits**
- Friendly and clear communicator in English (other languages like Urdu, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Bengali, French are a plus)
- Curious about global education and working with people from different cultures
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a team setting

(Bonus: If you’ve used Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or Zoom before, that’s great)
