Responsibilities

  • Perform daily data entry for sales, customer and payment records
  • Handle filing, document control & record keeping
  • Support Sales & Credit Admin in daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare basic reports, statements & documentation
  • Assist in invoicing, payment tracking & customer records
  • Handle email correspondence & internal coordination
  • Any other ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned

Requirement

  • Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business, Admin, Finance or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Detail-oriented, responsible & willing to learn
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & basic English
  • Minimum 4-6 month Internship

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM RM800.00 per month
