Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry for sales, customer and payment records
- Handle filing, document control & record keeping
- Support Sales & Credit Admin in daily administrative tasks
- Prepare basic reports, statements & documentation
- Assist in invoicing, payment tracking & customer records
- Handle email correspondence & internal coordination
- Any other ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned
Requirement
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business, Admin, Finance or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Detail-oriented, responsible & willing to learn
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & basic English
- Minimum 4-6 month Internship
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM RM800.00 per month
