**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Liaison**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing their security needs and concerns.
Foster positive relationships with clients, maintaining a thorough understanding of their security requirements and expectations.
Collaborate closely with clients to customize security solutions that align with their specific needs.

**Operational Support**:Assist in the implementation and enforcement of security protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Monitor security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response, to ensure optimal performance.
Provide guidance and support to security personnel during emergency situations or critical incidents.

**Financial Oversight**:Review and verify monthly invoices from clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
Maintain organized records of approved invoices and billing documentation.

**KPI Preparation and Reporting**:Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of security operations and client satisfaction.
Collect relevant data, analyze trends, and prepare insightful reports on security performance and areas for improvement.
Present KPI reports to management and clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations.

**Billing and Financial Reporting**:Generate accurate billing statements for clients based on contractual agreements and services rendered.
Ensure proper documentation and transparency in billing processes, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Prepare financial reports related to billing, invoicing, and expenses as needed.

**Ad Hoc Duties**:Handle various ad hoc responsibilities, including assisting in security audits, conducting risk assessments, and participating in team projects.
Support management in addressing unexpected security challenges and implementing effective solutions.

**Collaboration and Communication**:Work closely with internal departments, security personnel, and clients to ensure streamlined operations and open lines of communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security-related issues and enhance overall security strategy.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in security operations, client engagement, and operational support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to engage with clients and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and presentation of KPI reports.
- Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in managing invoices, billing, and financial records.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Relevant certifications in security management or related fields are advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
