**Responsibilities**:
- Receive calls regarding crane matters and to liaise with customers and senior foreman / after sales engineer on their requirements
- Prepare service quotations for repair works and purchase of spare parts
- Preparation of team personnel dispatch to site in online docket system and ERP
- Check work dockets from Online System of mechanics, make sure all information is in place to prepare for billing and monthly time-sheet printing
- Prepare sales order for billing of works
- Chase for Purchasing Orders, signed quotation and payment collection from clients
- Assist in documents compilation for principle, update status of crane / warranty claim
- Prepare new crane delivery documentation with relevant departments
- Any other matters related to work passed down by higher management
**Qualifications**
- Minimum requirement Diploma in Business Admin or other related courses
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences in related field
- Responsible, reliable, honest and pleasant personality
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Words, Excel or PowerPoint
- Good spoken and written skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
- Able to work independently under tight deadline
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
