A brand executive helps a company increase profit levels to meet short term and long term goals. He/she studies demand trends in markets, forecast sales, identifies potential customers, reviews competitors' initiatives and develops pricing strategies.

**Job Scope**
- **Data Analysis**:Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Strategy Development**:Formulate and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with sales teams, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and synergy.
- **Performance Tracking**:Implement systems to track and report KPIs, providing insights for decision-making.
- **Recommendations**:Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales performance.
- **Adaptability**:Stay flexible and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and internal feedback.
- **Communication**:Effectively communicate insights and strategies to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- **Sales Growth**:Measure the analyst's impact on overall sales growth over specific periods.
- **Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)**:Evaluate the efficiency of acquiring new customers and optimizing costs.
- **Conversion Rates**:Track the conversion rates at different stages of the sales funnel.
- **Market Share**:Assess the analyst's contribution to gaining or maintaining market share.
- **Revenue and Profit Margins**:Monitor the increase in revenue and improvement in profit margins
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Utilize customer feedback and satisfaction scores to gauge the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- **Competitive Analysis**:Evaluate the analyst's ability to analyze and respond to market competitors.

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
