**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Retail Marketing Specialist with a knack for digital campaign strategy to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing retail sales campaigns while leveraging digital media platforms to elevate brand visibility and drive unparalleled customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the development and implementation of retail sales campaign strategies aimed at boosting foot traffic, amplifying sales figures and amplifying brand resonance.
- Forge collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics, offering actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement.
- Remain at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to continually innovate marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail marketing or a closely related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Innate creativity and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with a wide array of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
